This farm wagon pulled by two horses
decorated with flowers and horse brasses
is filled with ladies in their best hats
and dresses. It is passing the top of
Pickering Market Place for a day's outing.
The photo was taken soon after 1912, the
year in which T. Johnson's grocery shop
was extended and the thatched roof
replaced with tiles. The driver is Teddy
Eddon from Stape.
