Pickering Cycle club, with decorated
cycles, are about to start a race or
parade, to mark Queen Victoria's Silver
Jubilee in 1887. They are pictured in
Pickering Market Place. The wording on the
vaults reads: Trousdale Cheap Stores. The
White Swan pub was the cycle club's
headquarters at the time.
