The festivities continue. A troop of
Pickering Boy Scouts parade outside the
High Hall in Castlegate. The man on the
far right of the front row (with the
buttonhole) is Roy Pickering, who later
owned a garage in Eastgate. The man on the
far right of the row behind him is Jim
Pickering, his brother.
